Seeing mistakes through clear lenses
1 October 2019Mistakes are simply a result of an action: cause and effect. As is success. Seeing them in this way doesn’t mean you do nothing. Not at all. You try to learn from what you have experienced and apply that in all your decisions. That is taking responsibility for your self. But if you are doing everything to the best of your ability, at this moment, how could you ask for more? Integrating new knowledge means you are taking responsibility for your choices. Responsibility creates freedom. So, if you want to feel free, lose the emotional attachment to your judgements. Instead, see them truly – a chain of actions producing effects some which produce the results that move you towards your goals, and some which don’t.
