Its time to rally around the underdog

Its time to rally around the insurance, financial planning and superannuation industries who have been tarred by the brush of the Haynes Royal Commission.

We have seen how well we can do this: The strawberry industry has been uplifted by the attitudes of the masses. Pleas by the governments, by radio jocks, by the strawberry workers and the owners themselves have made us come together to help the innocent. Is it because strawberries are cute looking, are tasty and are fun to pick that they gained our attention, or is it because we Australians care about the underdog and dislike cowardice. Inserting needles into fruit can only be seen as cowardice.

I believe its because we care about the underdog and dislike cowardice.

So now its time to go to bat for other innocents, those caught by the splatters of the Haynes Royal Commission. There are many good, kind, hardworking people who didn’t steal, act in a self serving manner, or screw their clients.

These men and woman do not deserve to be vilified, they deserve to be respected and helped through this difficult time. Would you have acted like those captured by the Royal Commission? If not, then realise, your broker or planner is more like you than not.

Its time to rally around them too.
